Key Responsibilities – Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

· Assist in developing creative, engaging, and visually aligned content for all social media platforms – Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and more.

· Support in planning and executing campaigns that promote the brand, its veneer collections, events, and design collaborations.

· Manage website updates & user experience (WordPress)

· Drive SEO efforts and optimize content for traffic

· Plan and execute digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)

· Manage Google My Business of all showrooms

· Track KPIs, analyze performance, and suggest improvements

· Help manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement (DMs, comments, tags) across platforms.

· Create and edit multimedia content including reels, carousels, stories, GIFs, and static creatives, maintaining brand consistency and aesthetics.

· Stay updated with trends in architecture, interior design, and digital marketing to propose fresh content ideas.

· Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to gather inputs, assets, and approvals for social media content.





· Track and report performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics, and suggest improvements.

· Assist in identifying relevant hashtags, audience targeting, and timing strategies to boost engagement and visibility.

· Monitor and flag content from architects, designers, or influencers that can be reshared or engaged with from the brand page.

· Maintain organized folders of all digital assets, posts, and analytics.

· Knowledge or interest in interior design, architectural language, or materials like veneers is a solid advantage.

You Should Have:

· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media

· Extensive experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.

· Proficiency in tools like Canva, InShot, VN, Canva, Photoshop etc.

· Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills

· Interest in interior design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle sectors

· Organized mindset and attention to detail
