b2b sales order

1.)Call leads and ask for their requirement

2.)Whatsapp message and inform about our product.

3.)CREATE AWARENESS OF OUR BUSIENSS THROUGH CALLING.

4.) Indiamart posting of products and social media.

5.)Making and listing products catalouges.

B2B ORDER PACKING PERSON

One Time Activities

1. When goods arrived from any supplier tell the manager (manish prajapati) to keep entry of goods record.

2. Quality check of goods (1 to 5 samples max). Certain cartoons only

Daily Activities

1.) Smitox b2b and indiamart b2b orders packaing in boxes. Boxes will be provided by the company itself.

2.) Dispatching orders by the delivery boys for pickup.

3.)



Writing customer names on the boxes or sticking packing label on parcels.

4.) Old stock/current stock to be maintained in racks.

Weekly Activities

1.) Tempo filled with goods when arrives making sure to unload it and maintain the stock/ count of number of cartoons.

2.) At times helping the courier boys to dispatch goods.

3.) At times delivering certain cartoons at ground floor. (Small/medium parcels only)

4.) Cleaning/maintaining loose stock in racks.

Monthly Activities

1.) If certain stock is short then update the owner to order the same (weekly or monthly depending on the demand/supply of goods).

2.) Updating about the dead stock
