Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, and supporting the sales team in generating qualified leads and site visits.

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company database and introduce relevant real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, property type, and other preferences.
- Explain project details, location advantages, configurations, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and current offers clearly.
- Generate, qualify, and maintain leads through effective communication and proper follow-up.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly through calls and other communication channels to understand their interest and requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested and qualified customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information, lead status, follow-up details, and remarks in the CRM system.




- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team and hand over qualified leads for further discussion and conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, follow-up, and site-visit targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information regarding projects and availability.
- Maintain good customer relationships through regular communication and timely responses.
- Keep track of customer interactions and ensure that no potential lead is missed.
- Follow company processes, reporting requirements, and CRM guidelines.
- Share daily activity reports, including calls made, leads generated, follow-ups completed, and site visits scheduled.
- Work collaboratively with the Pre-Sales and Sales Teams to improve lead conversion and achieve overall business targets.
- Maintain a skilled and customer-focused approach while representing the company and its real estate projects.
