HR - (Talent Acquisition Manager) - High Performance Hiring (Real Estate + AI + Digital Ops)

Role Summary -

We are building a performance driven real estate and AI powered marketing organization.

We do not hire for numbers. We hire for revenue impact.

We need a Talent Acquisition Manager who can continuously source, screen, interview and close high quality candidates across:

- Real Estate Sales Executives

- Sales Managers

- Video Editors

- AI Editors

- Automation Specialists

- CRM and Integration Experts

- Digital Marketing Executives

- Performance Marketers

This is not a back office HR role.

This is a hiring engine role.

- What You Will Be Responsible For:

Daily sourcing of candidates from multiple platforms

Aggressive calling and screening of applicants

Conducting structured interviews

Shortlisting high intent, high performance profiles

Coordinating second round and final interviews

Maintaining hiring pipeline and database

Reducing time to hire

Maintaining replacement pipeline at all times

Creating talent bench for future expansion

Designing hiring process SOPs

Ensuring offer to joining ratio stays high

Managing onboarding documentation

Tracking probation performance with reporting

Daily KPIs





Minimum 40 to 60 candidate calls per day

Minimum 8 to 12 qualified interviews scheduled daily

Weekly hiring closure target based on open roles

Maintain live hiring tracker sheet

Maintain rejection analysis

Ideal Candidate Profile

6month to 3 years experience in recruitment or HR

Experience hiring sales profiles preferred

High calling stamina

Strong screening ability

Rapid decision making

No emotional attachment to candidates

Understands performance culture

Comfortable in startup environment
