Job DescriptionWe are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a creative and detail-oriented Canva Designer who can create high-quality marketing creatives for our clients.

You will mainly be designing Facebook & Instagram ad creatives, social media posts, promotional graphics, and marketing creatives using Canva.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just know how to use Canva, but also understands how a good marketing creative should look and communicate.

- What You’ll Be DoingCreate engaging Facebook & Instagram ad creatives using Canva
- Design creatives based on different marketing angles and concepts
- Use headlines, hooks and marketing messages effectively in designs
- Understand how to make a creative visually appealing and easy to understand
- Create different variations of creatives for testing
- Make changes and revisions based on feedback
- Maintain consistency with different client brands and their visual styles
- Use ChatGPT to improve headlines, captions, hooks and creative concepts
- Work with the marketing team to turn marketing ideas into strong visual creatives




- What We’re Looking ForGood knowledge of Canva
- Positive eye for design, layout, fonts, spacing and visual hierarchy
- Basic to good English communication skills
- Basic understanding of marketing and advertising
- Ability to understand why certain headlines/hooks work better than others
- Comfortable using ChatGPT for generating and improving marketing copy
- Ability to take a marketing idea and turn it into an effective creative
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and improve

You don't need to be an expert copywriter. Basic marketing understanding and the ability to use ChatGPT effectively are enough.

Experience0–2 years of experience is fine.

What matters more is your Canva skills, creativity, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
