Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Building Materials / Construction-related products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
- Promote and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert them into sales.
- Manage existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.




- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update customer/lead information.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in Building Materials / Construction products.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and customer network.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel extensively for field visits.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Graduate / Diploma qualification preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates with an existing network among builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and construction companies.
