- Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

? Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in logistics/supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in freight management software and MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of U.S. trucking regulations and market practices.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
