Debt Recovery & Collection Executive!

We are seeking responsible and target-oriented individuals to join our team as Debt Recovery & Collection Executives. The role involves communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
- Achieve assigned collection targets within the given timelines.
- Negotiate and coordinate with customers for payment commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve payment-related concerns.
- Submit daily collection reports and updates to the reporting manager.

Eligibility:

- 10th / 12th / Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Banking, Loan Collection experience is an advantage.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work towards targets.
