We are looking for an organized and analytical HR Operations Manager to lead our people operations and manage our day-to-day HR service delivery. You will maintain data integrity in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), partner with finance on payroll and benefits, and ensure full compliance with labor regulations. Your goal is to build scalable, automated, and employee-centric HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Systems & Data Governance: Oversee the HRIS administration, data accuracy, security permissions, and workflow configurations.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinate with finance and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and smooth benefits enrollment.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage standardized processes for onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Translate labor laws and company policies into transparent operational procedures; maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Process Improvement:



Map current HR workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and introduce automation or self-service options to improve efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track core HR metrics (headcount, retention, cycle times) and build dashboards to guide leadership decisions.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR operations, people analytics, or HR administration roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with major HRIS platforms, payroll software, and applicant tracking systems.
- Process Mindset: Strong ability to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and use data-driven problem-solving.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive escalations, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
