- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 / month
- Education: B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Civil Engineering
- Experience: 0 – 3 years (Freshers with strong domain knowledge & Immediate Joiners preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day operations and routine maintenance of power plant machinery and thermal power units.
2. Monitor system equipment,



including turbines, boilers, electrical grids, and control panels, to ensure zero downtime.
3. Perform regular safety checks, troubleshoot technical defects, and maintain log reports.
4. Coordinate with site supervisors and technical teams to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements & Skills

- Core technical knowledge of thermal power plant systems, electrical circuits, or mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work in plant shifts and follow strict industrial safety standards.
- Quick problem-solving capabilities and willingness to relocate immediately.
