We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team and handle customer enquiries for our Canton Fair & China Business Travel Packages.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, explaining travel packages, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers interested in our Canton Fair packages.
- Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, travel arrangements and visa-related information clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable package options.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and bookings.
- Convert genuine enquiries into confirmed customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding bookings, documentation and customer requirements.
- Provide skilled customer support before and during the customer's travel process.




- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite on phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computers.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and follow up consistently.
- Candidates with experience in travel, visa, tourism, B2B, international travel or telecalling will be preferred.
