MyFroyoland is a fun, customer-focused frozen yogurt dessert store where great products, friendly service, and a positive experience come together. We’re looking for energetic and enthusiastic Team Members who enjoy working with people and want to grow with our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Understand customer requirements and help them choose products.
- Prepare and serve products according to MyFroyoland’s quality and hygiene standards.
- Operate the billing/POS system and handle cash or digital payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the outlet.
- Ensure products, counters, equipment, and displays are well maintained.
- Follow standard operating procedures for food preparation, service, cleaning, and closing/opening duties.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or requirements.
- Handle customer questions and feedback professionally.




- Support the team during busy periods, weekends, and special promotions.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues.

- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
