Key Responsibilities

?️ Customer Engagement & Product Demonstration

- Greet and engage every walk-in client (homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders) with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations explaining wood composition, finishes, door skins, and design configurations.
- Educate clients on technical differentiators, including finger-jointed construction, marine-grade durability, and official quality certifications (BIS/ISI criteria).

? Sales Conversion & Lead Management

- Understand client blueprints, residential floor plans, or measurement sheets to recommend ideal door and UPVC window systems.
- Draft accurate commercial price quotations and explain custom sizing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Proactively follow up on showroom leads, pending quotations, and phone/WhatsApp inquiries to achieve monthly conversion targets.
- Network with visiting B2B key influencers (contractors, architects, and designers) to foster repeat project referrals.

? Showroom Merchandising & Operations

- Maintain pristine visual upkeep and layout organization of product display stands and sample boards.




- Monitor showroom sample inventory and flag shortages to ensuring all product catalogs are up-to-date.
- Coordinate directly with logistics, plant coordinators, and field installation supervisors to ensure custom orders match site measurements and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of retail counter sales, showroom sales, or front-facing client experience. Experience in high-end building materials, plywood, UPVC windows, sanitaryware, or luxury interior hardware is highly preferred.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or Interior Design backgrounds are a plus).
- Languages: High fluency in the local regional language (e.g., Malayalam/Tamil depending on location) and professional working English.
- Technical Savvy: Basic calculation skills for dimensions, structural areas, and pricing. Competency with MS Office (Excel) and retail CRM billing programs.
- Traits: Solid negotiation acumen, a highly presentable and energetic personality, and a customer-first mindset.
