About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to negotiate and build robust relationships with clients.
This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) who are looking to build a career in business development and international sales.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market.
Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Handle sales conversations and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.




Work effectively during US business hours.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Good understanding of sales techniques and lead conversion.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate with clients.
Comfortable working in a US shift.
