Location: Vaishnodevi, Ahmedabad Multiple Positions Immediate Joiners Preferred What you’ll do: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information • Respond to customer queries and assist with resolutions • Follow up with customers and ensure timely responses • Maintain proper call records and update the CRM • Coordinate with internal teams when required • Build a positive and professional relationship with customers • Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the interaction What we’re looking for: • Fluent spoken Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada – Mandatory • Good communication and listening skills • Confident and comfortable speaking with customers • Patient,



polite and customer-focused approach • Basic computer and CRM knowledge • Valuable follow-up and interpersonal skills • Willingness to learn and take responsibility Freshers can apply if they have strong communication skills and confidence in handling customer conversations.
