What you'll do In-process, raw material and finished goods QC checks (sensory, weight, moisture, packaging) Maintain QC logs, batch records, and non-conformance reports Enforce GMP, hygiene,



and FSSAI compliance on the shop floor Coordinate with production on rejections, rework, and CAPA Support audits — internal, FSSAI, and customer You are Diploma/Degree in Food Tech, Food Science, or Dairy Tech 2–3 yrs QC experience in FMCG food, sweets, dairy, or bakery Comfortable on the shop floor — not a desk-only QC Detail-obsessed. Says "no" when a batch isn't right.
