You’ll work directly with the founding team to design, develop, and scale our core platform — blending technology, curiosity, and customer understanding. This isn’t a typical corporate role — it’s for someone who loves building things from scratch, thrives in ambiguity, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty to understand how our customers actually work. You’ll be a thinker who asks why before what and how , and who takes ownership from concept to deployment. Responsibilities Build and maintain backend APIs and micro services for core business workflows.



Design and manage databases and data models for real-world use cases. Able to build scalable systems Handle asynchronous flows using queues/events where required. Ensure data correctness, consistency, and reliability . Integrate with external systems (vendors, payments, IoT, third-party APIs). Debug production issues and improve system stability. Write clean, readable, and maintainable code . Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and product teams to ship features. Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in backend development . Strong fundamentals in APIs, databases, and backend architecture . Experience with at least one backend language/framework (Java / Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar). Good understanding of SQL and basic data modeling . Familiarity with message queues or background jobs is a plus. Ability to debug issues and work independently. Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment .
