Role Overview We are hiring an Accounts Manager to own the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations at Soiltech. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is comfortable in a project-based engineering environment — managing billing cycles, compliance, and reporting with accuracy and independence. Key Responsibilities End-to-end accounting: AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliation GST filings, TDS returns, advance tax, and statutory compliance Project-wise billing,



invoice generation, and receivables follow-up Monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and financial statements for management Cash flow monitoring, budget tracking, and project cost accounting Payroll processing and timely salary disbursements Vendor management, purchase order processing, and payment cycles Audit readiness — coordination with internal and statutory auditors Banking operations, facility documentation, and liaison Requirements B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or CA Inter / CMA Inter 5–8 years of experience in accounts/finance; engineering or consultancy background preferred Proficiency in Tally ERP or equivalent accounting software Strong MS Excel skills for MIS and reconciliation Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance Familiarity with project-based / WIP accounting is a plus
