Job Title: Mental Health Coach – Women's Hormonal Health Company: Nutritionist Misha Services (NMS) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time About Us Nutritionist Misha Services is a women's hormonal health coaching brand helping women manage PCOS naturally through our No-Pill PCOS Reversal Method. Every client is supported by a multi-specialist team (dietitian, doctor, yoga coach, mental health coach, and accountability coach), always working alongside their doctor, never instead of them. About the Role PCOS affects far more than the body. Many of our clients deal with stress, low confidence, body image concerns, emotional eating, and frustration after years of trying to feel better. As a Mental Health Coach, you'll support women through the emotional side of their health journey, helping them build the mindset, habits, and resilience to stay consistent with their programme. What You'll Do Conduct one-on-one and group video coaching sessions with programme clients Help clients manage stress, emotional eating, self-doubt, and motivation dips Guide clients through practical tools such as journaling, mindfulness, habit-building, and stress-management techniques Work closely with our dietitians, doctor, yoga coach,



and accountability coaches to support each client holistically Track client progress and maintain session notes and records on time Recognise when a client needs clinical support and refer them to a qualified therapist or psychiatrist Contribute to workshops, content, and resources on mental wellbeing and PCOS What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in counselling, coaching, or mental wellness support (freshers with relevant internships are welcome) A warm, non-judgemental approach and excellent listening skills Clear understanding of the boundary between coaching and clinical therapy Robust commitment to client confidentiality and ethical practice Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi A laptop with a working webcam, a quiet private workspace, and a stable internet connection What We Offer Salary: ₹15,000/month Fully remote work Hands-on experience in a collaborative, multi-specialist women's health team Opportunity to make a real difference in women's health and wellbeing Growth opportunities as the brand expands
