City Head Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Bangalore Industry:Education/EdTech/Home Tutoring Key Responsibilities 1.City Business Development Take ownership of the overall business and growth targets for Bangalore Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence across Bangalore Monitor market trends and competitor activities 2.Sales & Revenue Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets Develop effective lead-generation and conversion strategies Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when required Build solid relationships with customers, partners, schools, and other stakeholders 3.Team Management Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the city-level team Set clear targets and KPIs for team members Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability Build a motivated and performance-driven team 4.Tutor / Teacher Operations Oversee recruitment and onboarding of tutors/teachers Ensure availability of qualified tutors as per customer requirements Monitor tutor performance, attendance, and customer feedback.



Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth service delivery 5.Customer Experience Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution Analyse customer feedback and implement service improvements 6.MIS & Operations Monitor daily city operations and ensure adherence to company processes Analyse sales, conversion, revenue, and operational KPIs Prepare and share regular performance reports with management Ensure effective cost management and operational efficiency Key Skills & Competencies Strong sales and business development skills Excellent team leadership and people-management abilities Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-oriented and result-driven approach Analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong understanding of the Bangalore market Ability to manage multiple functions and stakeholders Experience in Education / EdTech / Home Tutoring will be an advantage Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MIS reporting Candidate Profile An experienced people leader with strong team-management skills Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Capable of independently managing city-level business operations Highly organised and execution-oriented Customer-centric with strong relationship-management skills Willing to travel within Bangalore as required
