We are looking for an analytical, well-connected Media Monitoring Associate to join our rapid-paced team in Mohali and play a critical role in tracking, analyzing, and managing media landscapes. Role Overview As a Media Monitoring Associate, you will be responsible for tracking multi-channel media coverage, analyzing public perception, and providing real-time insights to shape strategic communications. You will leverage your existing industry contacts and liaison experience to keep us ahead of the news cycle. This is an immediate-joining role ideally suited for someone with a robust background in political consultancies and deep media networking skills. Key Responsibilities Media Tracking & Analysis: Monitor print, electronic, and digital media channels continuously to track coverage, sentiment, and trends relevant to our clients and campaigns. Media Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for media networking, maintaining and expanding strong relationships with journalists,



editors, and media houses. Insight Reporting: Prepare timely daily news digests, media coverage reports, and in-depth analytical briefs for leadership and strategy teams. Crisis & Trend Tracking: Rapidly identify emerging narratives, potential PR risks, or favorable media opportunities in real time. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content, creative, and political strategy teams to align media insights with ongoing campaigns. Key Requirements Experience: Proven track record of managing media operations within political consultancies or political campaign environments. Network & Liaison Skills: Demonstrated liaison experience and an established network within the media industry . Analytical & Vigilant: Strong ability to sift through large volumes of information quickly, filter out noise, and highlight critical insights. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting concise reports and engaging with media stakeholders. Immediate Availability: Must be able to join immediately and work from our Mohali office .
