What We're Looking For 1–5 years of hands-on experience in media buying/performance marketing Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Practical experience in App Arbitrage and/or Website Arbitrage Ability to launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, ROI , and other performance metrics Experience with campaign testing, audience targeting, creatives, bidding, and budget optimization Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make optimization decisions Ability to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROI Key Responsibilities Plan, launch,
