- Work effectively in a 24×7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts when required.

- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and committed towards assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
