- Role: Shift Manager/Captain
- Department: Food & Beverage (F&B;)

Key Responsibilities

1. Delegate tasks, monitor employee performance, and support team members during the shift.
2. Handle opening or closing duties, manage inventory levels, and ensure workplace safety.
3. Address and resolve customer complaints quickly and politely.
4. Balance cash registers, track daily sales, and report issues to upper management.
5. Know the entire food and drink menu well to answer questions.
6. Suggest daily specials, coffee combos, or high-margin items to boost sales.
7. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS terminal.
8. Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
9. Monitor food delivery times and table clearing to maintain a fast flow.
10. Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or fast-casual dining setting is helpful.

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Problem-solving skills under pressure
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings

Experience: Fresher/ Experienced both are required.

Working Hours: 9-10 Hours
