Roles & Responsibilities

- Manages the recruitment process using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
- Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation.
- Highly self-motivated person/team worker.
- Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
- Proactive, Team Player, requires good co-ordination capabilities.
- Providing Statutory advantages for the employee such as (ESI, PF, TDS, Minimum wages) adhering to the new labor laws.
