Role Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate – Tech Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end technology hiring, with a strong focus on sourcing, bulk hiring, hiring drives, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manageend-to-end recruitmentfor technology roles across multiple levels and functions.
- Drivebulk hiringfor tech positions while ensuring quality and turnaround timelines.
- Ownstrong candidate sourcingthrough LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct proactive sourcing and build a solid pipeline oftech talentacross various skill sets.
- Plan and executewalk-in/virtual hiring drivesand other volume-hiring initiatives.
- Partner closely withhiring managers and business stakeholdersto understand hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closure of mandates.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews, and drive the process through offer and joining.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track hiring metrics,



pipeline status, closures, and other recruitment MIS.
- Work closely with HRBPs and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and joining.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve hiring efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with strong exposure toTechnology hiring.
- Hands-on experience inend-to-end tech recruitment.
- Strong expertise insourcing and candidate pipeline building.
- Proven experience inbulk/volume hiringfor technology roles.
- Experience inplanning and managing hiring drives.
- Strongstakeholder managementskills with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight hiring timelines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Experience working in afast-paced technology, fintech, internet, or startup environmentwould be preferred.
