Job Description

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the hotel’s bars, lounges, restaurants, or event venues. This role ensures excellent guest service by crafting quality drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The Bartender promotes hotel standards through professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of beverage offerings.

Qualifications

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks with precision and consistency, maintaining exceptional presentation standards.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations based on their tastes.
- Uphold beverage recipes and techniques as per Fairmont standards,



ensuring the highest quality of beverages at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to all beverage and safety regulations, promoting responsible alcohol consumption.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
