Exp: 6+yrs

Sound understanding of Service Now platform knowledge.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Java Script, Jelly scripting etc.)
Experience developing custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows in Service Now.
Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and other integration methods
Sound understanding of Service Now best practices.
Required Desired Skills like,: MID server Troubleshooting, Cancelled Discovery schedule, Troubleshooting related to Servers, Integrations . CMDB, SAM , Pattern , Current Custom Pattern creatin & Extension creation, Service Mapping * Troubleshooting, AIops, Event Management and Troubleshooting .
