Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) Developer to join our Enterprise Integration Practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions across complex, large-scale environments. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-quality integration solutions that meet business and technical requirements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical enterprise programs while growing your expertise in middleware technologies and up-to-date integration practices.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
- Develop and maintain Proxy Services, Business Services, Pipelines, Split-Joins, and Message Flows in OSB.
- Design and implement BPEL Processes, Mediators, Human Workflows, and Business Rules within Oracle SOA Suite.
- Develop REST and SOAP-based web services and integrations aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Create and maintain WSDLs, XSDs, XML schemas, XQuery, XSLT, and XPath transformations.
- Develop integrations using File, FTP, DB, JMS, AQ, and Web Service Adapters.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed technical design documents.
- Perform service orchestration, message transformation, routing, validation, and exception handling.
- Implement fault handling, error recovery,



and monitoring frameworks to ensure integration reliability.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, deployment, and production validation activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions to uphold solution quality.
- Support application deployment and migration across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Collaborate effectively with business analysts, solution architects, testing teams, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and integration best practices across all deliverables.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines.

Qualifications

- 4 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus development.
- Strong proficiency in BPEL, Mediator, Human Workflow, and Business Rules components of Oracle SOA Suite.
- Solid experience developing and maintaining OSB artefacts including Proxy Services, Business Services, and Pipelines.
- Good working knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, WSDL, XSD, and XML-based technologies.
- Experience with XQuery, XSLT, and XPath for message transformation and data mapping.
- Hands-on experience with integration adapters including File, FTP, Database, JMS, AQ, and Web Service.
- Strong understanding of service orchestration, fault handling, and exception management patterns.
- Ability to analyze requirements, produce technical design documents, and communicate solutions clearly.
- Experience in unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
