Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong experience in the .NET and Azure technology stack and proven expertise in Agile project management. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

- Manage full lifecycle of software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical oversight for solutions built on:
- .NET Core / ASP.NET / C#
- Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure Dev Ops, etc.)
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable and secure solutions
- Guide teams on best practices in cloud architecture and development

Agile Execution

- Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
- Manage product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners
- Drive continuous improvement and team productivity

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams




- Provide transparent status updates and manage expectations effectively
- Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction

Team Leadership

- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and Dev Ops engineers
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- 10–15 years of overall IT experience with strong background in:
- .NET Framework /.NET Core / ASP.NET
- Microsoft Azure Platform
- Experience with:
- Microservices architecture and REST APIs
- CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops preferred)
- Cloud-native application development

Project Management Skills

- Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Participate in RFP / RFI responses & SOW creation.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or PRINCE2
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator / Developer / Architect)
- Experience working in client-facing or consulting roles
