Required Skills & Experience

- 4–8 years of professional backend development experience in Python.

- 2+ years of production experience with FastAPI.

- Strong understanding of REST API design, async I/O, and Pydantic.

- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and deployment best practices.

- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and testing frameworks like Pytest.

- Good problem-solving skills and team collaboration.

- Design and implement clean, modular, and extensible code using OOP and SOLID principles.

- Understanding of design patterns (e.g., Factory, Strategy, Singleton, Repository)

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Exposure to GraphQL or other contemporary API paradigms.

- Background in building microservices and event-driven architectures.

Years of experience: 5– 9 years Location: Noida Role Overview: Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of cloud security frameworks across Dailoqa’s platforms, products, and client solutions. Safeguard sensitive financial and AI data, drive regulatory compliance, and embed modern security controls for public,



private, and hybrid cloud environments supporting agentic AI workflows. Key Responsibilities: ⦁ Develop and evolve cloud security architecture and governance for multi-cloud and AI-driven platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), integrating best practices for agentic AI and data protection. ⦁ Implement secure configurations, access controls, encryption standards, and identity management for cloud-hosted applications, APIs, and data lakes. ⦁ Assess, monitor, and remediate vulnerabilities and threats—including Gen AI, RAG, and model ops systems—through regular risk assessments and incident response protocols. ⦁ Partner with Dev Ops, engineering, and data teams to automate security testing, compliance reporting, and recovery across deployment pipelines. ⦁ Guide cloud security policies, training, and culture-building; coach and mentor team members for upskilling in AI/data security domains. ⦁ Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure industry and regulatory (RBI/GDPR/DPDP) compliance within all cloud and AI implementations. ⦁ Lead investigations and response for security incidents, producing actionable reports and remediation strategies. ⦁ Maintain robust documentation on cloud security standards, controls, processes, and solutions.
