Key Missions

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL, along with experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain Microservices-based applications using Spring Boot.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.




- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable Java code.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar RDBMS.
- Implement business logic, data validation, exception handling, and API security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, Dev Ops, architects, and business teams.
- Work with Git-based version control and follow Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and continuous improvement of backend services.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of skilled experience in Java backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Java 8+ features.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Good experience in Microservices architecture and development.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, and API integration.
- Good experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with JPA/Hibernate.
- Knowledge of Maven/Gradle build tools.
- Experience with Git/Git Hub/Git Lab/Bitbucket.
- Good understanding of Unit Testing using JUnit/Mockito.
- Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean coding practices.
