Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.

- Understand customer needs and assist with product features.

- Troubleshoot and report product issues and technical problems.

- Maintain internal records of customer issues and resolutions.

- Share customer feedback, feature requests, and workarounds with internal teams.

- Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.

- Handle complex issues through investigation, resolution, escalation, and follow-up.





- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve customer experience.

Required Qualifications

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Customer Support / Technical Support.

- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree.

- Must be a UAE National / Emirati.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point.

- Solid customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
