Experience level ( 6 to 8 yrs)
Candidate should have positive communication skills, should be have prior maintenance experience where they have triaged customer incidents. Have prior Development experience. Able to go through the logs and understand the issues, should be able to track SLAs and confidently talk to the Customers and triage issues.
