About The Job:

- We are seeking an experienced UPI Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining digital payment solutions within the UPI ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on high-volume transaction platforms and a deep understanding of UPI architecture, transaction processing, APIs, and microservices.
- The role involves collaborating with business, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance payment applications that align with banking and NPCI standards.
- The requirement specifically calls for professionals experienced in enhancing and maintaining common libraries within the UPI stack.
- The candidate should possess strong proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, databases, and modern front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
- A key responsibility will be to develop, upgrade, and support reusable common libraries/frameworks used across multiple UPI services, ensuring consistency, performance optimization, security, and maintainability.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or digital payments environments, along with exposure to DevOps practices, containerization, and cloud-native development, will be highly preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, develop, and maintain digital payment applications within the UPI ecosystem.
- Develop scalable and secure backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build and maintain responsive front-end applications using Angular or React.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs for payment processing and financial transactions.
- Enhance, maintain,



and support reusable common libraries and frameworks across multiple UPI services.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance of payment platforms handling high transaction volumes.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices for application security, coding standards, maintainability, and performance optimization.
- Support UPI transaction processing, reconciliation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with banking systems, NPCI interfaces, and payment gateways.
- Participate in code reviews, application enhancements, production support, and release activities.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, containerization, and cloud-native development initiatives.
- Optimize application performance and scalability for enterprise-grade payment applications.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience in UPI architecture, transaction processing, and digital payment systems.
- Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
- Experience with REST APIs, API integration, and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Angular or React for front-end application development.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of payment industry standards, banking systems, and NPCI guidelines.
- Experience developing and maintaining reusable common libraries and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, system scalability,



and performance optimization.
- Exposure to DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native applications.
- Experience in Banking, FinTech, Payments, or Digital Banking domains preferred.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
