Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the research and development of creative digester technologies to improve anaerobic digestion efficiency.
- Conduct experiments to reduce the retention period of raw materials within biodigesters through the use of multiple digesters or a combination of digester technologies.
- Explore and test different raw materials and their combinations to evaluate their impact on gas production and overall digester efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize microbial growth and activity, ensuring effective fermentation processes.
- Oversee the quality control and enhancement of organic fertilizers produced from digested raw materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, environmental science, and process optimization specialists.
- Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging research in the field of anaerobic digestion and biogas production.
