One Identity Manager Lead Consultant

Position Specific Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience with proficiency in:

- General One Identity Manager Architecture and functional understanding and ability to create solutions.

- Process/Orchestration Skills (One Identity Manager).

- IM Tables & SQL knowledge (One Identity Manager).

- VB.net Dev (Snr) with One Identity Manager significant practical implementation experience (inc. API integrations).

- Synchronization, Reconciliation, Rogue detection.

- Proficient in either PowerShell or Python scripting.

- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and principles.

- Good experience with at least one Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) product.

- Positive understanding of RBAC concepts.

- Strong understanding of IT security best practices.

- Basic understanding of AD and Azure AD.

- Soft skills

- Excellent written and verbal communications, with the ability to illustrate solutions.

- Takes ownership of delivery and can coordinate with colleagues, showing leadership.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
