Job Summary Business Development Manager (Bancassurance)

- Compensation: 3.25 LPA + travel allowances + incentives
Eligibility:
- Graduation mandatory
- Age up to 37 years
- Minimum 1+ years experience in life insurance/BFSI sales or loans sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through bank partnerships
- Build robust relationships with bank branch managers and staff
- Support sales by conducting joint customer meetings and providing product illustrations
- Generate leads via walk-ins, referrals, and bank customer data
- Train bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques
