Job descriptionArea Sales Manager General Trade (ASM-GT) | FMCG | Recent LaunchLocation: Nagpur (Handling Vidarbha Region)Experience: Minimum 7 -10 Years as ASM in entire VidarbhaIndustry: FMCGCTC: Maximum gross up to 9 LPA + DARoles & ResponsibilitiesLead the successful launch of new FMCG products across Vidarbha.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets.Appoint, develop, and manage distributors to strengthen the distribution network.Increase numeric distribution, outlet coverage, and market penetration.Drive retailer activation, merchandising, and in-store visibility.Lead and mentor Sales Officers/TSIs to improve market execution and productivity.Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and sales initiatives.Monitor stock availability, distributor ROI, and collection efficiency.Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and monitor competition.Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers,
