We are looking for a handson Demand Generation Specialist to drive qualified B2B leads and enterprise pipeline through Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, ABM, and marketing automation. The role will manage full Funnel campaigns, HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing, sales alignment, performance analytics, landing-page optimization, and technical SEO initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute and optimize integrated B2B demand-generation campaigns.Manage paid acquisition across Google Search Ads and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerDevelop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value accounts and decision-makers.Build and optimize the complete funnel: Lead → MQL → SQL → Prospect → Pipeline → Revenue.Manage lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle stages, nurturing workflows and lead routigUse HubSpot to support campaign execution and CRM integration.Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality, conversion and sales handoff.Execute email marketing, content-led campaigns,



webinars and other demand-generation initiatives.Optimize landing pages, website conversion paths and campaign performance.Track and report on qualified leads, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline contribution, CPL, cost per SQL, CAC, ROI and attribution.Continuously test audiences, messaging, creatives, landing pages and campaign strategies to improve performance.Required Skills & ExperienceB2B performance marketing or demand generation experienceStrong hands-on Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager experiencePractical ABM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experienceHubSpot or similar marketing automation experienceKnowledge of lead nurturing, scoring, CRM workflows and sales alignmentStrong analytical and optimization skillsBasic technical SEO and awareness of GEO/AIO trendsPreferred BackgroundExperience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, IT services, cybersecurity, HR-tech, fintech, cloud, AI, MarTech or other technology-driven businesses will be an advantage.
