Role Summery:The Admissions Counselor will manage the end-to-end admission process for the school, from initial walk-in or telephonic enquiry through to final enrolment, while managing a pipeline of prospects, maintaining Customer Relationship Management system hygiene, planning engagement events, and driving conversion targets.Work Location: Euro School AiroliRoles & Responsibilities: Manage the full admission process from the point of walk-in or telephonic enquiry to final enrolmentDevelop and lead a team of two or more Admission counselors and supporting ancillary staffPrepare comprehensive Admission Folders for Pre-school and junior school sections covering school philosophy, infrastructure, board affiliation, achievements, staff profiles, activities, parent testimonials,



and fee structureDeliver compelling school presentations and handle objections effectivelyMaintain a daily-updated database of all enquiries and track conversion stagesAttend minimum 3 out of 5 daily team meetings and maintain Customer Relationship Management system hygiene with timely updates on admission status and commentsConduct timely follow-ups with all prospects in the pipelinePlan and execute a minimum of 2 events per 60-day cycle to drive 5 or more admissions through eventsAchieve individual admission targets (minimum 50% target – 11 admissions)Coordinate with accounts on admissions count, fee collected, discounts, and payment schedulesUndertake other duties as directed by the PrincipalQualification & ExperienceAny Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in school admissions or education salesStrong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skillsExperience using Customer Relationship Management tools (Zoho or similar) is highly preferred
