Salary**₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month*** Incentives* Performance BonusWhat You’ll Do* Develop and execute sales strategies for IT/software products.* Identify and generate new B2B customer opportunities.* Handle client meetings, product discussions, demos, and negotiations.* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.* Plan and coordinate field visits across Chennai when required.* Manage, mentor, and guide the sales team.* Track team performance, leads, follow-ups,
