Job DescriptionEmployment Type: Full-TimeShift: 2-11 PM ISTAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to work directly alongside the CPA Partner.This is a self-sufficient, client-facing role — the successful candidate will own the majorityof the audit engagement lifecycle from planning through completion.Key Responsibilities
- Independently execute audit testing and prepare complete, review-ready workpapers
- Identify outstanding items, open questions, and documentation gaps throughout theengagement
- Communicate directly with clients to request and follow up on needed documentation
- Manage multiple concurrent audit engagements across industries, includinggovernment, nonprofit, and corporate clients




- Take a lead role on more complex government and nonprofit engagements
- Collaborate closely with the engagement partner and audit staff to keep engagementson schedule
- Work primarily within AuditFile for engagement managementRequirements
- 6+ years of audit experience (public accounting preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Solid workpaper documentation and audit testing skills
- Experience with government and/or nonprofit audits strongly preferred
- Corporate audit experience
- Comfortable communicating directly with client
