Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable In-House Accountant to manage the financial operations of our architectural and interior design practice. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting, project-based financial tracking, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain accurate records of all financial transactionsManage day-to-day accounting entries (receipts, payments, journal entries)Reconcile bank statements and cash flows regularlyMaintain ledgers, balance sheets, and financial reports2. Project-Based Financial TrackingTrack project-wise budgets, expenses, and profitabilityMonitor client payments, advances, and outstanding duesAlign vendor payments with project cash flows and timelinesAssist in preparing project estimates and cost reports3. Billing & InvoicingGenerate client invoices as per milestones and agreementsFollow up on receivables and ensure timely collectionsCoordinate with the design and execution team for billing inputs4. Vendor & Contractor PaymentsManage vendor invoices, verification, and payment schedulingMaintain records of all contractor and supplier transactionsEnsure proper documentation for all purchases and expenses5. Compliance & TaxationHandle GST filings, TDS deductions,



and statutory complianceCoordinate with external CA for audits and filingsEnsure all financial records are audit-ready and compliant6.
