Talent Acquisition Executive

Work Mode: Remote / Work from Home

CTC: ₹1.8 LPA to ₹3.6 LPA + Incentive per successful hiring

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment activities, conduct telephonic interviews, and ensure smooth coordination with both clients and candidates.

The role requires someone who is confident in speaking to candidates, understanding job requirements, evaluating candidate suitability over calls, and maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and industries

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, internal database, and other recruitment channels

• Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability

• Understand candidate experience, communication skills, salary expectations, notice period, and job fitment





• Shortlist suitable profiles based on client requirements

• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-up with candidates

• Maintain regular coordination with clients for feedback, open positions, interview updates, and hiring status

• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain updated trackers

• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and clients

Requirements

• Solid communication and telephonic interviewing skills

• Ability to understand job requirements and evaluate candidates effectively

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Ability to manage multiple mandates and deadlines

• Basic understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing channels

• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities

• Knowledge of different job roles and industry verticals will be preferred
