Revenue Recovery Specialist- US Medical Billing RCM / Night Shift

Experience Required

3–6 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing / RCM Experience in: AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Payment & Underpayment Analysis, Insurance Follow-up, Complex / High-Value Accounts Solid knowledge of US Healthcare RCM Good understanding of medical billing and claims processing Ability to interpret EOBs, ERAs and payer responses

Eligibility

Review and work on aged, high-value, denied, underpaid and partially paid claims Identify revenue leakage, missed billing opportunities and payment discrepancies Conduct insurance payer follow-ups for unpaid and delayed claims Handle patient and payer calls – inbound & outbound Analyze EOBs/ERAs and insurance payments to identify underpayments Work on denials, reconsiderations and appeals Coordinate with Coding, Billing, Eligibility, Credentialing, Charge Entry, Payment Posting and AR teams Prioritize accounts based on aging, balance, payer,



recovery potential and filing deadlines Track and drive accounts through to resolution Prepare revenue recovery and performance reports

Education

Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline – preferred Certification or training in Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Healthcare Administration – an advantage

Technical Skills

· Excellent proficiency in American English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Certification in English Language / Business English / Spoken English is preferred. Strong ability to communicate professionally with US-based patients, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders.

· Clear pronunciation, appropriate American English usage, and strong listening and comprehension skills. Proficiency in MS Office and RCM/Billing software's

Salary Budget: 3.5-7.5 LPA

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
