Sales Manager, Agency

We are hiring Sales Managers – Agency for our Life Insurance business. The role will be responsible for recruiting and activating advisors, driving advisor productivity, generating new business, acquiring customers, and supporting the overall growth of the Agency channel.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Recruit and activate advisors as per business plan.
- Ensure productivity of active advisors is maintained.
- Build strong business relationships with advisors and customers.
- Conduct regular meetings with advisors to review performance and support their development.
- Generate revenue and acquire new customers through face-to-face and digital channels.
- Review business performance with the reporting manager on a weekly basis.
- Attend meetings and training programs conducted by the organization.
- Conduct joint sales calls with advisors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.




- Minimum 1 year in the current organization.
- Life Insurance experience preferred/mandatory as per hiring requirement; strong sales candidates from other sectors may also be considered.
- Agency Channel experience will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of products handled in the current organization.
- Candidate should be below 44 years of age.
- Should be able to join within 15 days.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Local candidates and candidates with a personal vehicle are preferred as per the original JD.

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
