We are looking for an experienced Area Head with strong Broking industry experience to lead sales operations and drive revenue and profitability.
Key responsibilities include team recruitment and management, achieving branch targets, client acquisition, cross selling financial products, managing existing clients, and ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
12 to 15 years of total experience
Broking experience is mandatory
Minimum 10 years of team handling experience is mandatory
Strong sales and client acquisition experience
Experience in revenue and target management
Good knowledge of financial products and regulatory compliance
Robust leadership and client relationship management skills
