Job Description:
Finvest Fortune is looking for energetic and result-oriented Home Loan Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 years of experience in telecalling or possess excellent communication skills with a strong willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers for Home Loan, Balance Transfer, and Top-Up Loan products
Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation clearly to clients
Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company
Maintain daily call reports and update customer details in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with the sales and processing team for smooth conversion
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets
RequirementsCandidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / loan process
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic knowledge of Home Loans / Banking / Financial products preferred
Comfortable with calling targets and customer interaction
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to grow
