Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI Development and n8n Workflow Automation

Design and implement AI agents for manufacturing engineering use cases.
Develop multi-agent workflows for process planning, document analysis, knowledge retrieval, and decision support.
Create and maintain automated workflows using n8n.
Build AI-powered copilots using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Integrate AI agents with internal applications, databases, Share Point, and manufacturing systems.
Evaluate and improve AI agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.
Integrate enterprise applications through APIs and database connectors.
Automate approval processes, notifications, reporting, and data synchronization.

Required Skills

Experience with n8n workflow automation platform.
Robust knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
Proficiency in Python and automation scripting.
Understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and Generative AI.
Experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph and Auto Gen, or similar frameworks.
Understanding of AI model evaluation and optimization.
Experience with SQL databases and data modeling.
Knowledge of Git, version control, and software development best practices.
